Utilize both apps - When driving rideshare, it doesn't pay to wait in between rides! So use both apps so you get more rides.
Use a dash cam - this is mostly for insurance reasons. The more you're on the road, the more likely you are of getting into an accident. A dash cam will cover you when it's not your fault.

Try to upgrade to an XL car - A lot of used 7 seater SUVs qualify for XL, so check your vehicle requirements in your market and try to see if you can get a cheap used SUV to do XL rides so you get paid more!
Don't drive at nights - Nights can be tempting but you'll have riders throwing up in your car and you know what they say, nothing good happens after midnight!
Use destination filters - this allows you to get a rider on your way home at night, or even to a busy airport!
Don't be afraid to speak up - if your rider is making you uncomfortable, you can totally kick them out of your car. Don't let them take advantage of you!
Don't be afraid to try out doing food delivery or grocery delivery. Instacart and DoorDash can be a nice break from talking with riders!
